What made you choose to come to Auburn?
My decision to attend Auburn was based primarily on the wealth of diverse opportunities that the University offered courtesy of its large student body combined with my parents love of the school which they passed down to me through a tradition of football games and the occasional spontaneous WAR EAGLE!

How has receiving the Alumni Scholarship impacted your life? The Alumni Scholarship has allowed me the opportunity to attend Auburn with a sense of the value of the education that I am receiving. As I see how Alumni have provided this opportunity I see that they are correct in believing that the quality of my education here will indeed be exceptional. In addition it has most likely secured my ability to travel abroad with the funds that will be saved from it.

What has been your best experience at Auburn so far? As a first year student at Auburn, my best experience so far has been volunteering with the South Eastern Raptor Rehabilitation Center. This, being where our school mascot is housed and cared for, allowed me to feel that I am assisting the school and it's sense of spirit through my service to the community.

What would you say to a high school student from your area who is considering coming to Auburn University? To any high school student, regardless of their area, Auburn University is a must on any college list. The number of opportunities that I have been provided with combined with the sense of pride and spirit for the school make are what set it apart from any school I have ever visited. I implore each and every high school senior to simply attend one AU football game and the rest will take care of itself.

What do you think off when you hear?

Auburn Spirit: Orange. A sea of Orange.

Auburn Family: The friendly hello and wave from a complete stranger on campus.

War Eagle: A cry of debated origins that links you to an otherwise unknown group of people through your passion for an excellent college experience.

Alumni Association: The group to whom I owe my eternal thanks.

What clubs/activities are you a part of?
Honors College, Honors Congress, Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity, UPC Fine Arts, UPC Major Entertainment, Painted Fools, Formula SAE, Eagle Eye News, WEGL Radio, Concert Choir, Center For Diversity and Race Relations, and I am in the process of starting an A Capella group.
