Remember Your First Love

We’re going retro at the Golden Eagles Reunion this year, shining our saddle shoes and polishing up our cat-eye glasses (or would that be tiger-eye glasses?). Our beloved API officially became Auburn University 50 years ago in 1960. The Golden Eagles Reunion celebrates the 50th graduation anniversary of the Class of 1960 and honors the API classes of 1955, 1950, 1945, 1940.

Come back to remember great times and great friends while experiencing a place that is ever-changing but always home!

October 3,1960 The Andy Griffith Show debuts.
April 1, 1960 the United States launches the first weather satellite, TIROS-1.
November 8, 1960 John F Kennedy wins Presidential Election.
July 11, 1960 To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee is first published.
