The 10 Commitments of a Chartered Auburn Club

	Foster the Auburn Spirit Each chartered Auburn Club exists to support Auburn University and to foster the Auburn spirit in every way.
	Meeting Requirements Each chartered club shall meet, whether formally or informally, at least twice per year to maintain its charter.
	Officer Requirements Each officer and board member of the local club shall be an active dues paying member of the Auburn Alumni Association.
	Club Leadership Conference Each chartered club shall have at least one representative at the annual Club Leadership Conference.
	Club Projects Each chartered Club shall adopt a project, which would serve (1) Auburn University and/or (2) the local community.
	Club Scholarship Each chartered club is encouraged to become involved in the scholarship program by providing a partial or full scholarship in the name of the club.
	Reporting to Alumni Affairs Each chartered club shall return all completed reports and forms promptly to the Auburn Club Program.
	Mail Requirements Each chartered club shall use the annual club card mailing for the meeting in which a speaker is provided by the Auburn Alumni Association.
	Auburn Alumni Association Membership Each chartered club shall actively solicit membership in the Auburn Alumni Association.
	Speaker Scheduling Requirements Each chartered club must contact the Office of Alumni Affairs for the scheduling of university speakers for local club events.
