The 10 Commitments of a Chartered Auburn Club

Foster the Auburn Spirit
Each chartered Auburn Club exists to support Auburn University and to foster the Auburn spirit in every way. |
 |
Meeting Requirements
Each chartered club shall meet, whether formally or informally, at least twice per year to maintain its charter. |
 |
Officer Requirements
Each officer and board member of the local club shall be an active dues paying member of the Auburn Alumni Association. |
 |
Club Leadership Conference
Each chartered club shall have at least one representative at the annual Club Leadership Conference. |
 |
Club Projects
Each chartered Club shall adopt a project, which would serve (1) Auburn University and/or (2) the local community. |
 |
Club Scholarship
Each chartered club is encouraged to become involved in the scholarship program by providing a partial or full scholarship in the name of the club. |
 |
Reporting to Alumni Affairs
Each chartered club shall return all completed reports and forms promptly to the Auburn Club Program. |
 |
Mail Requirements
Each chartered club shall use the annual club card mailing for the meeting in which a speaker is provided by the Auburn Alumni Association. |
 |
Auburn Alumni Association Membership
Each chartered club shall actively solicit membership in the Auburn Alumni Association. |
 |
Speaker Scheduling Requirements
Each chartered club must contact the Office of Alumni Affairs for the scheduling of university speakers for local club events. |
