Job Duties
The MMC Department, as we call it, is very busy. We handle marketing and advertising for the association, as well as each individual program or service that the Office of Alumni Affairs provides. Every day we are servicing some of our 47,000 members...and drawing in new members through outreach campaigns. I also handle all affinity partner and corporate partner relationships. During football season, my department also handles the ALUM Hospitality Tent.

BA in Public Relations Journalism from AU in 1991 | MA in Written Business Communication from Emerson College (downtown Boston) in 1992

Family
I have 2 kids and 2 shih tzus. Amazingly, everyone gets along. Since 3 of the 4 are girls, there's lots of hair bows in my home! Sometimes it gets crazy and I accidentally take the kids outside before bed and tuck the shih tzu into the covers, but nobody seems to mind.

Favorite dessert: creme brulee (ok, I admit it, make it chocolate creme brulee)

My summer vacation: Picture a mini van with 4 kids under age 6 (we took friends) driving to New Jersey from Alabama...I never thought I'd do it, but it was fun. My travel advice...give the kids a water gun in the car and let the fun begin!
